From events such as kidnappings, evacuations, or detainment, to the development of crisis management policies, procedures, and table top exercises, Concilium Secure routinely provides crisis intervention, consultation, and the Crisis Management Foundations course to individuals, churches, missions, and humanitarian aid organizations.
Concilium believes that a well planned and practiced security management program, implemented by competent and trained leadership, is the key to stewarding well the safety of an organization’s personnel. Concilium believes this so strongly that in we provide a dedicated security and crisis management training program dedicated to faith-based security managers. This program provides faith based organizations large and small with the tools and resources necessary to implement a comprehensive organizational security management program
Crisis Management Foundations by Concilium Secure provides guidance and interactive table-top exercises for leadership and staff at home and abroad who manage and mitigate organizational crises. These exercises include interactive role-plays simulating interaction with various players and actors in a crisis, such as the FBI, State Department, Family Members, Insurance Providers, Seconded Organizations, Hostage Takers, Foreign Governments, and more. The table-top exercise can last several hours or several days, and can be paired with a CAST-FSC or RACE-FSC course for “live-action real time” scenarios.
Upon completion of Crisis Management Foundations, attendees will know how to create an organizational framework for crisis management procedures, understand their organization’s duty of care for personnel, create field-driven plans for responding to “likely” incidents, and develop organization-specific staff family, media, and government communication touchpoints.
