If we are to count the cost of serving Jesus effectively and accurately, we must understand the difference between risk tolerance and risk capacity. When we practice objective faith, we can INCREASE the extent of our obedience as we mitigate the risks associated with God’s call to go. This is the heart of Security in the Context of Ministry (SICM).
