Security Risk Management helps mission orgs decrease the likelihood of a critical incident on the mission field. Concilium’s SRCM course combines the SRM and CMF into a comprehensive 3+ day course. When privately contracted, the SRCM can be run in conjunction with security management consulting and crafted to help mission organizations implement or improve their current security and crisis management programs. Also, Concilium often runs the SRCM course in conjunction with our Field Security Courses in Kansas City. This allows us to integrate the crisis management tabletop exercise with the final exercise of the FSC, providing an intensive real-world experience of crisis management with learning experiences that go beyond the classroom.
