and member care Concilium Equip provides leadership, training, and guidance to individuals, churches, ministries, and NGOs, transforming the way they think about and respond to the varied and ongoing challenges of mission and service.
Church Safety & Security
In today’s world, risk is no longer confined to distant places or rare circumstances. It can present itself anywhere and at any time, including houses of worship. Churches remain open, welcoming spaces, yet they also carry a sacred responsibility to care well for the people entrusted to them.
The decision to establish a church safety ministry is a significant one. The decision is filled with implications for your congregation’s well-being, public witness, and long-term mission. Concilium believes that safety and security within the church must never be reactionary, fear-based, or disconnected from the Gospel. Instead, safety and security must be rooted in biblical theology, guided by mission, and expressed through wise stewardship.
Security-Risk & Crisis Management
Consulting on security best practices in complex and hostile environments as well as responding to crisis events like kidnappings, evacuations, as well as responding to all sorts of crisis events impacting Christians around the world requires faith, experience, and expertise. Concilium invests thousands of hours each year in security-risk and crisis consultation and guidance for ministry and organizational leaders tasked with resolving organizational crises and bringing personnel out intact.
